We stand behind the quality of our plants and flowers, and if there is a quality problem please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right for you. Because they are a living product requiring special care, once they’ve been out of our care longer than 24 hours, we cannot take responsibility for their condition.

We take great care in delivering your order; however, once the delivery has been completed, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact the recipient. When possible, we may leave the arrangement with a neighbour, provided it is deemed safe and appropriate. If no suitable delivery option is available, your order will be returned to our shop in Drumbo where the recipient can pickup during regular business hours.

Please take note of our flower care tips:

• Remove the flowers from their packaging and mix the included flower food with cool water as directed in a clean vase. The flower food—made of citric acid and sugar—helps prevent bacteria, nourishes the blooms, and keeps them fresher, brighter, and more fragrant for longer. Save any extra flower food to top up the water as needed.

• All flowers will require a fresh cut at a 45-degree angle with a sharp tool before immediately going into the prepared water. This creates a larger surface area for the stem to absorb water, helping the flowers last longer in a vase. Woody stems may require a pair of pruners. Never burn or crush stems, as this will inhibit the flowers' ability to take up water.

• Remove any leaves that will sit below the water line as this will attract bacteria.

• Keep flowers in a cool place away from direct sunlight, warm drafts or warm appliances, fresh fruit, cigarette smoke and exhaust fumes (heat and gasses will speed the aging of flowers).

• The more often you are able to recut your flowers, change the water in the vase, and even wash the vase, the longer they will last!
